Under the periodic action of the pulsating water flow, the mineral particles are accurately stratified in the jig chamber according to the density difference: high-density useful minerals (such as gold, tungsten, tin, iron, etc.) quickly settle to the bottom layer and are discharged by the ore discharge device as concentrates; low-density gangue minerals remain in the upper layer and are discharged with the tailings. After sorting, the concentrate grade can reach 5-10 times that of the original ore, and the tailings yield is reduced by 20%. For heavy minerals with fine-grained distribution, the recovery rate is 8%-12% higher than that of traditional jigs, which greatly improves resource utilization.

Specially designed for heavy mineral sorting, it can efficiently process metal ores such as placer gold, tungsten ore, tin ore, iron ore, and manganese ore.
