CATHAY bucket elevator: vertical conveying, a new benchmark for efficient material lifting
1. Bucket circulation to achieve vertical efficient conveying
CATHAY bucket elevator uses a circulating bucket as the core conveying component. The motor drives the sprocket or pulley to drive the chain or belt around it. The bucket is fixed on the chain or belt and moves synchronously with it. When the bucket runs to the lower feed port, the material is scooped with the help of gravity or centrifugal force; as the chain or belt moves upward, the bucket carries the material to the upper discharge port. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and gravity, the material is discharged from the bucket and falls into the discharge pipe, completing the vertical conveying process. The equipment adopts centrifugal, gravity or mixed unloading methods, which can be flexibly selected according to the material characteristics (such as particle size and fluidity) to ensure that the unloading is complete and residue-free. A single device can convey 5-500 tons of material per hour, and the lifting height can reach 1-40 meters, meeting the vertical conveying needs of different production scenarios.

Wear-resistant transmission parts: The chain is made of high-strength alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with a tensile strength of more than 1000MPa, and the wear resistance is 2 times higher than that of ordinary chains; the tape is made of high-strength polyester tape, which has high tensile strength and is not easy to deform, and is suitable for the transportation of light materials.
Safety protection device: Equipped with safety devices such as overload protection, deviation alarm, and material level control. When the equipment is overloaded, the overload protection device immediately cuts off the power supply to prevent the motor from burning; when the chain or tape deviates, the deviation alarm device sounds an alarm and automatically stops; the material level control device can automatically start and stop the equipment according to the material level in the silo to prevent material overflow and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Easy-to-maintain design: Multiple inspection doors are set on the casing to facilitate operators to regularly check the operating status of components such as chains, hoppers, and sprockets; the hoppers are bolted, and there is no need to remove the chains or tapes when replacing them.
