Aerated flotation machine, strong aeration and high efficiency, more accurate mineral separation

When the impeller of the aerated mechanical agitation flotation machine rotates, the pulp in the tank is sucked into the impeller blades from the bottom of the tank from all sides, and then enters the impeller blades through the holes around the distributor. After the pulp and air are fully mixed between the impeller blades, the pulp returns to the impeller area for recirculation and enters the lower tank for re-selection. It is suitable for roughing and selecting operations in large and medium-sized ore dressing plants, and can select non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals. The particle size range of the selected materials is 0.3-0.01mm (-0.074mm particle content>50%).

Aerated flotation machine: a powerful tool for mineral sorting with strong aeration

1. External aeration technology, upgraded bubble efficiency

The independent external aeration system is used to force air into the flotation tank through a professional air compressor or blower, and the aeration volume and air pressure can be accurately controlled. After the air is dispersed by a special bubble generator, a large number of uniform bubbles with controllable diameters (0.05-0.3 mm) are formed, and the bubble density is increased by more than 40% compared with the self-priming flotation machine. Sufficient and fine bubbles provide a wider attachment area for mineral particles, greatly increase the collision probability of useful minerals and bubbles, strengthen the flotation reaction efficiency from the source, and the single tank processing capacity is increased by 20%-30% compared with traditional equipment.

2. Sorting efficiency leaps, and concentrate quality is controllable

With a stable external aeration mode, the slurry forms an orderly circulation movement in the tank, and the contact between mineral particles, reagents and bubbles is more sufficient. Useful minerals can be quickly adsorbed on the surface of bubbles and form a tightly bound foam layer. The foam is highly stable and has low water content. The grade of the concentrate scraped by the scraper is significantly improved, and the impurity content is reduced by 8%-12%. At the same time, by adjusting the amount of gasification and the size of bubbles, minerals with different floating properties can be separated in a targeted manner, which is especially suitable for the step-by-step sorting of polymetallic ores. For example, in the preferential flotation process of copper, lead and zinc ores, the separation boundaries of each metal mineral can be accurately controlled.

3. Adapt to multiple mineral species and cope with complex working conditions

It has excellent sorting effects on sulfide ores (copper, lead, zinc, etc.), oxide ores (hematite, smithsonite, etc.) and non-metallic ores (fluorite, barite, etc.), especially when processing coarse-grained slurry (particle size 0.5-2 mm) - large-grained minerals can float smoothly under the support of sufficient bubbles, reducing sedimentation losses. For high-concentration slurry (solid content 30%-50%) or complex slurry with high mud content, by adjusting the aeration intensity and stirring speed, a stable flotation environment can be maintained to ensure that the sorting efficiency is not affected by fluctuations in material properties. It is widely used in large-scale mineral processing production lines in large and medium-sized mines.

4. Scientific structural design, stable and long-lasting operation

The flotation tank adopts a double-layer wear-resistant liner design, the inner layer is a high-chromium cast iron wear-resistant layer, and the outer layer is supported by a high-strength steel plate. The impact resistance and erosion resistance are 50% higher than that of ordinary tanks. The external inflation pipe is made of corrosion-resistant alloy material, combined with precision valve control to ensure that the inflation volume is stable and leak-free for a long time. The stirring device and the inflation system operate independently to reduce mutual interference between components. The transmission system adopts a high-precision gearbox, the operating noise is less than 75 decibels, and the equipment can run without trouble for more than 8,000 hours, greatly reducing the downtime maintenance cost.

5. Intelligent control system, precise and convenient operation

Equipped with PLC intelligent control system, it can monitor key parameters such as aeration volume, slurry level, stirring speed in real time, and realize one-button adjustment through the touch screen. The system has built-in templates for various mineral processing process parameters, and can quickly call preset programs for different types of ores. Novice operators can take up their posts after 1-2 days of training. Add a foam image analysis module to capture the foam morphology through the camera and automatically adjust the aeration volume based on feedback, so as to achieve dynamic optimization of the flotation process and reduce human operation errors.

6. Energy saving and low consumption, in line with green production

The external aeration system adopts a high-efficiency and energy-saving air compressor. The energy consumption per unit aeration volume is 25% lower than that of the self-priming flotation machine, and the aeration volume can be dynamically adjusted according to the slurry volume to avoid energy waste. The overall sealing performance of the equipment is excellent, and the slurry leakage is controlled below 0.5%, reducing water resource consumption and environmental pollution. The flotation tail water can be recycled after simple treatment, and the water resource recovery rate is more than 90%, which meets the national green mine construction standards.

7. Modular combination, flexible expansion of production capacity

The volume of a single tank covers 1-50 cubic meters, and the processing capacity of 10-500 tons/hour can be achieved through modular combination, meeting the different needs from small test lines to large-scale ore dressing plants. When multiple tanks are connected in series, the number of roughing, concentrating and scavenging sections can be flexibly configured. By adjusting the aeration parameters of each section, gradient separation can be achieved, and the concentrate recovery rate can be increased by 3%-5%. The equipment installation does not require complex foundation treatment. The modular design makes it easier to increase or decrease equipment during production line expansion or transformation, reducing the engineering cycle and cost.
