CATHAY launches new intelligent mining crusher, greatly improving crushing efficiency and intelligence

CATHAY officially released its latest developed CATHAY CP600 intelligent mining crusher at the International Mining Machinery Expo held in Shanghai. This new crusher is the result of CATHAY's top R&D team and 2 years of intensive research, aiming to provide more efficient and intelligent crushing solutions for global mining companies. ​

CATHAY CP600 intelligent mining crusher has achieved a major breakthrough in performance. It adopts innovative multi-cavity laminated crushing technology, which increases the crushing ratio by 40% compared with traditional crushers, and can easily crush large pieces of ore into smaller particles, reducing subsequent processing steps. The equipment has a strong processing capacity, with a maximum processing capacity of 600 tons per hour, which can fully meet the high-intensity production needs of large mines. At the same time, through the optimized cavity design and the application of wear-resistant materials, the service life of the crusher's wearing parts has been extended by 30%, reducing the equipment maintenance cost. ​

Intelligence is a highlight of CP600. The equipment is equipped with CATHAY's self-developed intelligent control system, which monitors the equipment's operating status in real time through sensors, such as crushing force, motor current, bearing temperature and other parameters, and automatically adjusts the crusher's operating parameters according to the properties of the ore and production needs to ensure that the equipment is always in the best operating state. Operators can also use the remote monitoring platform to grasp the equipment's operating status anytime and anywhere, realize remote fault diagnosis and maintenance, and greatly improve production management efficiency. ​

It is understood that the CATHAY CP600 intelligent mining crusher has been put into industrial trials for 6 months in 3 large metal mines in China. The test results show that compared with the original crusher, the new equipment has increased the mine's comprehensive production efficiency by 25% and reduced energy consumption per ton of ore by 15%. At present, many domestic and foreign mining companies have reached cooperation intentions with CATHAY, and the first batch of equipment is expected to be delivered before the end of this year.
