Vibrating screen

The main function of the dewatering screen is dehydration,desliming,and media removal,which can be used for water washing of sand and gravel plants,coalslurry recovery in coal preparation plants,and dry discharge of tailings in mineral processing plants.Low noise,convenient maintenance,reasonable  structure,sturdy and durable,good dehydration effect,safe and reliable,high screening processing capacity, and high screening efficiency.

Circular swing screen is used for screening,grading,and dust removal of dry,powdery,and granular products.It is particularly suitable for high yield,multi-layer separation of fine,fragile,irregular,and lightweight products that are difficult to screen.

The square swing screen is a high-efficiency screening equipment developed and designed to meet the needs of users with large output and high accuracy.It is widely used in chemical,metallurgical,mining,feed industry,food and other industries.Especially suitable for heavy alkali,salt,resin,compound fertilizer,large and  small  particle  urea,feed,reduced  iron  powder,zirconium  oxide,ceramsite,barite,etc。

Used for screening treatment at the sand making building station;Widely used for product grading in fields   such as mining,building materials,coal chemical industry,and cement.

Linear vibrating screen uses vibration motor excitation as vibration power source,which causes material to be thrown up on the screen and moves straight ahead at the same time.The upper and lower parts of  the  screen  are  discharged  from  their  respective  outlets.With  low  energy  consumption,high  output,simple  structure,easy  maintenance,fully  enclosed  structure,no  dust  overflow,automatic  discharge,it  is  more  suitable for pipeline operation.

Material is fed from one end of the cylinder screen,fine-grade material passes through the screen hole on  the cylinder working surface,and coarse-grained material is discharged from the other end of the cylinder. Cylindrical screen has low rotating speed,smooth operation,low noise and good dynamic balance.

Vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box,vibration exciter,suspension (or support)device and  electric  motor.The  motor  drives  the  main  shaft  of  the  vibration  exciter  to  rotate  through  the triangular  belt.Due  to  the  centrifugal  inertia  force  of unbalanced  weight  on  the  vibration  exciter,the  screen  box  is  vibrated.Different   amplitudes  can  be   obtained  by   changing  the   eccentric  weight of  the   exciter.
